Our TRAC homes have either a two or three space parking pad in front of our homes.  Please pull your vehicle up beyond the sidewalk area when parking on your driveway.  The city of Denton may issue a code violation for parking over a sidewalk.

The violation reads, "No, parking on the dirt, grass, or over the sidewalk is a code violation".
