Letter from the Board President
Dear Reserve at Creekside Homeowners:
Thanks to all the homeowners who were able to join the on-line Board of Directors Quarterly Meeting a couple weeks ago. It was great to share all the progress we have made as a community so far in 2023 and be able to hear concerns and answer your questions.
One of the exciting things that happened just recently is the move to Secure Association Management (SAM) as our community manager. The Board believes that SAM will provide the community the service we deserve with faster response time and a more user-friendly website.
It is very important that you register on our new SAM website, www.TheReserveatCreeksideDenton.com Each household should have received a letter in late April with registration instructions along with contact information for SAM. If you have any questions, please contact our new Association Manager, Taylor Rasor at 940-497-7328, ext. 106. You may also email Taylor at taylor@secure-mgmt.com. If you pay HOA fees via bank draft, the banking information will need to be setup on our new SAM website.
I believe you will find the SAM website to be user friendly. Important community information will be posted, including community events, open Board meetings, and general information.

Who do I call if there is an emergency?
Emergencies situations include irrigation leaks or weather-related damage. Contact our office at 940-595-0584. Leave a detailed message with your community name, phone number and extent of damage. A staff member will contact as soon as possible.
What does the Association do?
The Association is a nonprofit corporation managed by the Board of Directors. During the development phase of the Association the Board is made up of the development company. Once the developer is ready to transition the Association to the homeowners an election will take place and homeowners will be voted in to serve on the Board of Directors. The Board is responsible for the oversight of the Association's funds, the enforcement of the deed restrictions, collection of assessments and the maintenance of common area property.
What are the CC&Rs?
The Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) are the governing legal documents that set up the guidelines for the operation of the planned community as a non-profit corporation.
