    Most Common Violations

    • Landscaping
      Lawns, trees, shrubs, and flowerbeds must be regularly maintained, trimmed, and kept free of weeds, overgrowth, or bare patches.

    • Trash
      Trash must be properly bagged and stored in approved containers. Bins should be kept out of public view except on designated collection days, and loose garbage should not be left scattered on the property.

    • Contractor Signs – Contractor, vendor, or service provider signs are not permitted except as allowed by community guidelines.

    • Fence Staining/Power Washing – Fences must be properly stained, sealed, or power washed to preserve appearance and prevent deterioration.

    • Fence Repair – Broken, leaning, or deteriorated fences must be promptly repaired or replaced.

    Tree Maintenance – Trees must be trimmed to prevent overgrowth and maintained per community guidelines
