Unfortunately, no homeowners attended the previously scheduled Annual Meeting. In order to conduct Association business, at least one homeowner must be present at the meeting along with the required proxies needed to establish quorum.

Most Common Violations

• General Maintenance
  Homes and properties must be kept in good repair and free of damage, deterioration, or neglect to maintain overall community standards.

• Landscaping
  Lawns, trees, shrubs, and flowerbeds must be regularly maintained, trimmed, and kept free of weeds, bare spots, and overgrowth.

• Trash
  Trash must be properly bagged and stored in approved containers. Bins should not be visible from the street except on collection days, and loose garbage may not be left scattered on the property.

• Unapproved Items
  Any exterior modifications, structures, or items (sheds, equipment, play structures, decorations, etc.) require prior HOA/ACC approval before installation or placement.

• Vehicles
  Vehicles must be operable, properly registered, and parked only in approved areas. Trailers, RVs, and other oversized or prohibited vehicles may not be stored in driveways, streets, or visible areas unless allowed by community guidelines.
