• TROPA – Maintenance
  Property must be properly maintained in accordance with TROPA standards to ensure a clean and uniform community appearance.

• Trash
  Trash must be bagged, secured, and stored in approved containers. Bins should be kept out of public view except on designated collection days.

• Vehicle
  Vehicles must be operable, properly registered, and parked only in approved areas. Overnight or street parking may be restricted.

• Unapproved Items
  Items such as sheds, play equipment, exterior décor, or modifications require prior approval before installation or placement.
