Ridgeline – Most Common Violations

• Association Maintenance
  The HOA maintains all common areas and the exterior of buildings.

• Fence Use
  Nothing may be hung, attached, or displayed on fences.

• Holiday Decorations
  Decorations are permitted only within 10 days prior to a holiday and must be removed within 7 days after the holiday.

• Postings on Doors
  Flyers, signs, or notices may not be placed on unit doors or in any Common Element, except for official HOA communications (e.g., water shut-off notices or required postings under the Rules & Regulations).

• Trees on Patios
  Trees or large plants are not permitted on patios.

• Common Areas
  Only HOA-approved items (with prior ACC request and approval) may be placed in common areas. The HOA owns and maintains all grounds.
