Most Common Violations

• Trash
  Trash must be properly bagged and stored in approved containers. Bins should be kept out of public view except on designated collection days, and loose garbage should not be left scattered on the property.

• Fence Staining/Power Washing – Fences must be properly stained, sealed, or power washed to preserve appearance and prevent deterioration.

• Contractor Signs – Contractor, vendor, or service provider signs are not permitted except as allowed by community guidelines.

• Unapproved Items – Exterior modifications, sheds, play equipment, and decorative items require prior approval before installation or placement.
