    • Unapproved Items
      Exterior modifications, furnishings, or items placed outside without prior HOA/ACC approval are not permitted.

    • Landscaping
      Lawns, shrubs, and flowerbeds must be regularly maintained, trimmed, and kept free of weeds, overgrowth, or bare patches.

    • Tree Maintenance
      Trees must be properly trimmed to maintain a neat appearance and to prevent overgrowth into neighboring properties, sidewalks, or streets. Dead or missing trees must be replaced per community standards.

    • General Maintenance
      Homes and properties must be kept in good repair, free of deterioration, clutter, or damage, to preserve neighborhood appearance.

    • Trash
      Trash must be properly bagged and stored in approved containers. Bins may not be visible from the street except on designated collection days.
