Most Common Violations

• Lawns (Single-Family Homes Only)
  Homeowners must keep lawns mowed, edged, and free of weeds or overgrowth. Note: Townhome lawns and common areas are maintained by the HOA.

• Dead Trees/Bushes
  Dead or dying trees, shrubs, or bushes must be removed and replaced to maintain curb appeal and safety.

• Trash Cans Visible from the Street
  Trash and recycling bins must be stored out of public view except on designated collection days.

• Paint Peeling from Houses
  Exterior paint must be properly maintained. Faded, peeling, or damaged paint must be repaired or repainted.

• Box or Flatbed Trailers
  Box trailers, flatbed trailers, and similar vehicles may not be parked in driveways, streets, or visible areas unless expressly permitted by community guidelines.
