  Lawns must be regularly mowed, edged, and kept free of weeds or overgrowth.

• Overnight Parking
  Vehicles should not be parked overnight in prohibited areas, including streets, fire lanes, or in front of homes where not permitted.

• Fence Maintenance – Stain/Repair
  Fences must be properly stained or sealed and kept in good repair, with damaged or deteriorating sections promptly fixed or replaced.

• Contractor Signs – Contractor, vendor, or service provider signs are not permitted except as allowed by community guidelines.
  

• Flowerbed Maintenance – Beds should be neatly maintained, weed-free, and replenished as needed to uphold curb appeal.
